Pratt Paper
Valparaiso, Indiana
Gaylor Electric received the 2016 ABC Award of Electrical Excellence. From basic power, to the mill’s advanced machinery and control stations, Gaylor Electric proudly started the entire project at the substation.
This advanced electrical build featured a robust paper machine, two electrical rooms on the north and south end of the machine, and an advanced support system. The machine itself was 900 feet long, and built into concrete platforms in sections during the construction process.
Our team installed over 15,000 feet of cable tray, 15kV, 5kV, 480 volt, and control wiring on and around the machine.
