This project was a full scale renovation of the Main Concourse Level through the Balcony Level on floors 3, 4, and 5. The project was divided into a three phased design with the scope of electric work consisted of fire alarm, lighting, and general power, with some modifications to existing distribution power, along new additional power for the areas that were completely renovated inside the fieldhouse.

Gaylor Electric performed make-safe and removal, by making sure to trace down circuitry. Our team needed to make sure that when tracing circuitry we researched what else it affected, because many circuits powered unexpected items on multiple floors.

Our team remained on site throughout the Indiana Pacer’s seasons doing miscellaneous work and punch list items with the completion of the final phase in September of 2022 prior to the start of the NBA season.
