Pinnacle Foods
St. Elmo, Illinois
Gaylor Electric took on the Pinnacle Foods project in St. Elmo, Illinois– after the original electrical contractor was terminated on-site. Our team was awarded the project on a Friday, and were on site by Monday morning to execute the design-build project on the fly, with the owner and other trades.
The work scope included a complete remodel of the original factory, in order to create additional space for the new Wishbone salad dressing production/ packing line. The job entailed complete power distribution, process electrical power, and controls/ network infrastructure for the Pinnacle Foods expansion.
Stainless steel, PVC coated rigid, rigid, PVC and EMT were all used to complete this project. Since the successful delivery of the Pinnacle Foods facility, Gaylor Electric has been their go-to contractor for electrical maintenance and additional projects.
